With effective solutions to emerging difficulties and obstacles, with synchronous infrastructure, Trang An Residence (Bac Lieu City) has quickly attracted a large number of residents and formed a civilized, modern living space.
Prominent projects in Trang An Residence include Tam Tam private primary school which can accommodate 1,000 students
Trang An Residence was constructed by Trang An Consulting and Investment Company Limited in 2009, covering 68 ha and costing VND1,000 billion. Situated in Cluster 1, Ward 7, Bac Lieu City, Trang An Residence has a prime location, right at the gateway of Bac Lieu City to the Mekong Delta provinces. Advantageously lying between two key traffic routes - Tran Phu Street and the bypass to National Highway 1A, the dwelling is easily accessible to other urban areas in Bac Lieu as well as neighboring provinces.
At present, the project has synchronous technical and social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, shopping centers, commercial housing, roads, electricity systems, green spaces and parks to meet settlement needs and ensure utilities for the growing community of residents.
Typical projects in Trang An Residence include Tam Tam private primary school with 1,000 students and 500-bed Thanh Vu Hospital for medical examination and treatment needs of local dwellers. In 2017, Truong Hai Auto Joint Stock Company invested in an automobile assembling, repairing and trading factory on a campus of more than 28,095 square meters in Trang An Residence, right at the 5th roundabout - the gateway from Bac Lieu City and Ca Mau province.
Thanks to the ongoing effort of the investor, Trang An Residence not only fulfills its goals and mission of providing good residences for people, but also gives a modern facelift to Bac Lieu City.
General Director Nguyen Van Qua said Trang An Residence successfully provided a convenient, civilized living environment and helped urbanization in Bac Lieu City. However, there are still concerns that the project has not been able to reach its schedule due to some problems in site clearance and handover.
He added that the site clearance of Trang An Residence affected more than 600 households, most of whom got compensated and supported to stabilize their lives by law. Nevertheless, a few households have not handed over the land although they already received land compensation and resettlement support.
"In the spirit of ensuring benefits for all parties, the company continues to dialogue with households and, at the same time, request the authorities to consider and resolve the issue by law," he noted.
