By 2045, Ninh Binh will become a major tourist center, classified among Top 10 tourist destinations in the country and Southeast Asia, and tourism will really be a key economic sector that will contribute some 10% to GRDP.

In the coming time, the province's tourism industry will strengthen the leadership of Party and authorities at all levels of tourism development, plan green and sustainable tourism development; invest tourism infrastructure development; and develop tourism products and services imbued with historical and cultural values. The province will professionally step up tourism promotion, advertisement and branding for tourist destinations linked to the images, historical and cultural values of former Hoa Lu Royal Capital and Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
