Recently, Agribank Song Than launched the AutoBank CDM system to operate two cash deposit machines (CDMs) featured by 24/7 automated deposit and withdrawal functions (Autobank). Ms. Pham Thi Kim Nga said that, with CDMs, customers can use most of payment services such as money transfer, bill payment, tax/duty payment, credit card balance statement and SMS banking registration. With the CDM AutoBank system, customers can also open online deposit accounts and place cash deposits, which was previously only available at bank counters. Customers directly perform transactions at CDMs without the need for bank staffs at the service and this reduces time for them and helps them use their budget more proactively.
