Dien Bien Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Company is a supplier of agricultural materials and fertilisers. The company provides thousands of tonnes of fertilisers on time and of the quality and quantity farmers’ need, which helps boost farming production. To stabilise the fertilisers market prior to crops, it has to reserve key types of fertilisers for delivery to key points to meet farmer demand.
Chairman cum Director Hoang Trong Son says that in 2010, Dien Bien provided 6,628 tonnes of fertilisers of all types to farmers. Due to the specific features of each area where the company does business, its staff is sent into the field to understand farmers’ production and develop appropriate business strategies. With the motto “supply farmers with agricultural materials in an active manner,” the company has always ensured quality and reasonable prices for consumers.
Dien Bien has always closely monitored demands and agricultural development orientation of the industry and province with a view to preparing high feasibility production and business plans. Thanks to such plans, the company keeps achieving assigned targets and gaining higher revenue. Currently, to best meet farmers’ demand, it has established a wide network consisting of 14 agents and 10 stores on all districts, towns and Dien Bien Phu City. Average income per month of 31 employees is VND 3 million.
