The Dak Lak Investment Promotion Centre said that the Provincial People’s Committee approved the list of 15 key projects to be introduced to investors at the Central Highlands Investment Promotion Conference 2017. The total expected investment value is VND 22,669 billion (US$1 billion).
Accordingly, the province will attract investors for four hi-tech agricultural projects, including a hi-tech agricultural park in Ea K'am commune, Cu M'gar district; a hi-tech agricultural park in Ea Pok commune, Cu M'gar district; a hi-tech agricultural park in Ea Tu commune, Buon Ma Thuot City; and a hi-tech agricultural park in Hoa Xuan commune, Buon Ma Thuot City. Two industrial projects that the province will recommend to investors include the construction of agricultural product processing plants in Hoa Phu Industrial Park and Ea H'leo wind power plant. Dak Lak province will draw investment capital for five infrastructure projects: Cu Bao Industrial Complex; Ho Ea Tam Urban Area; Central Highlands Sports Complex - Athlete Village, swimming pools and tennis courts; Tan An Industrial Service Urban Area, Buon Ma Thuot City; and Km6 Urban Area. Four tourist projects comprise an ecotourism area in Chu Yang Sin National Park; a national tourist site at Lak Lake; Yok Don national tourism area; and a golf course in Buon Don district.
The province will give detailed information about the scale, legal base and locations to investors.
