Ba Ria - Vung Tau Sets up Japan Business Support Office

The governing People’s Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province recently announced the establishment of the Japan Business Support Office, or the Japan Desk, to improve the business environment and promote Japanese investment in the province.

 

According to the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the establishment of Japan Desk is in line with the "Japan-Vietnam Joint Statement toward Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity in Asia”. Japan Desk will collect and share tips and advice to Japanese companies operating in Vietnam as well as those considering the investment in Vietnam.
